IPMC - No, we adopted the 2021 and that is with my Code Compliance Officer
Zoning Code - No, we have our own.
Swimming Pool Code - No, this is the swimming pool capitol of the US. We have our own inside the FBC & FBC Residential plus State Statutes.
ANSI A117.1 - No, well, sort of. Our accessibility book you see has the scoping in it and our FBC Chapter 11 is empty.

I don't have the time now but did you see a provision for a 1-in insulation space between foam insulation and roof decking?
