A correction was written to label the circuits.

The only way to read the label is to take a picture.
 
I've seen Dad's study, Bobby's room and sow room which was corrected to sew room with a marker.

Some electricians mark the ROMEX sheathing inside the box which is pretty handy when doing the panel inspection.

Things I seen and not seen doing electrical inspections:
President Lincoln still on the job hiding behind a fuse.
Copper waterline tubing used as a cartridge fuse in a hammer switch.

This was a bit different: A brass electric meter inside an attic that was still functioning, It was a work of art. House still had knob and tube wiring.
