There's no gas pipe so depleted uranium straps are not required.

 
Just like too many conductors in a conduit, wouldn't the close proximity through the hole and beyond, suggest the (4) conductors should be de-rated or better have been upsized to make up for the inductive reactance?

Isn't the conductor on extreme left of pic, not going through and outside the partition? Or just a misleading pic?
