Typically, blocking is required at the beam line.

Anchor bolts missing.

Girder butted tight to the foundation.

Will they provide a lawn mower for the homeowners to cut the grass in the crawl?

Okay...here's my guess.

Picture 1

The ducts do not appear to be sealed properly (mastick) to the plenum.

Flex duct not secured to plenum.

Flex ducts not supported properly.

Flex ducts within 4" of earth.

Girder does not appear to be treated material.

Floor joists do not appear to be secured to girder.

No vapor retarder on metal plenum.

No moisture barrier on ground surface.

PVC not bedded or supported properly.
