Any Maine inspectors? Who’s inspecting the build, what standards, it’s on a chassis so engineering, utility connections and frost heave???

Does not need to be connected to any utilities. Does not need go be inspected for 180 days. I can see a lot of them being moved at 179 days.

Roll the forward 10 feet, new 179 days?

I wonder if they are at least going to use the appendix as a basis, or is it whatever goes?

Wouldn't they be subject to the same federal standards as manufactured (mobile) homes?

This bill may be more of a zoning issue than a building code issue.
