Missing joist hangar and wrong joist hangar all in the same picture. I just had to get into the crawlspace for the framing inspection didn't I?

Yes and the rat coat is killing my knees! Seems ever projecting stone finds my knee caps!

When I started 10 years ago, I added sono tube to the inspection list, the contractors complained. I is saw a few of these on deck renovations, and the customers said now I know why my deck jump up an down in the winter. 48 inch frost depth here in Massachusetts.I trust no one, look everywhere, inspect 99.9% of the jobs, I may not catch everything but I catch the import parts.
