Two Restaurants

I have 2 buildings without separation and both are separate restaurants with individual exits, the area of each is 90m and occupant load considering each restaurant alone is less than 100, but when we are considering it together it is over 100 crossing the threshold for sprinkler requirement.

In this case, sprinklers are needed or not?

You would at least have to separate them into different fire areas with fire barrier walls....

Do you mean to say you have one building with two restaurants without a fire barrier separating the restaurants, or two buildings each with a restaurant with no fire separation distance between them?
