Type 'B' Unit Bathroom

ICC A117.1 Section1104.11.3 Says:
Either all bathrooms shall be Option A, or One bathroom shall be Option B.

Does that mean if I have 2 bathrooms and one of them conforms to the Option B requirements, then the other one does not have to have accessible fixtures?
 
If one bathroom complies with Option B, the other bathrooms in the unit are exempt from the maneuvering and clear floor spaces at fixtures.
