When the IBC was first issued, ICC would publish "Accumulative Supplements" after each annual code cycle between the 3-year publication cycle. Since I wasn't involved in code development during the UBC period, did ICBO provide a similar interim publication between the 3-year publication cycles? If so, did they publish any after the publication of the 1997 UBC?
