IS there A height limit to this design, Rated ceiling with 2 1/2" Lightweight concrete on top of 1.5" 22 Gauge Galvanized deck (steel barjoist on 4' centers. Plans call for 6 floor and A roof, total height 68' with some eleveator framing extending 12 above roof out of light gauge steel.
