UL label itself for lifting tool

my company create a FRAME LIFTING TOOL Equipped out site USA, they tray to have the UL citification

what exact tests or documentation or other are required for this tool ?

Are we aware of a requirement list or something similar we need to match ?

Do we need to place any conformity mark on the tool for US and Canada?

Which one(s)?

Is this a wall jack lift, to lift a stick framed wall from flat to vertical? If so, I'd eager there is a UL standard if electric, but not sure if purely mechanical with a manual winch or similar.

Agree, if indeed it's a tool and not a part of the building. Not sure I've ever heard of a manual tool being listed.
