Several of you have asked me for more details. So here goes.

7-28-2011 was a balmy day in the islands.

I found this during a water heater inspection.

It has been this way for over a year.

The electric meter must have a braille feature.

How the heck are they getting power to the house? Is there an UG service?

EDIT: got it.. the conductors are landed separately.. thought they were communications cables.
