Urinal Clear dimension between privacy screens projecting <24" on a side?

Curious minds want to know?
This assumes that screens do not extend to the floor.
305.7.1 is silent on this and yet 36" min. is required where 3 sided alcoves with walls >24" are provided.
Privacy screens also minimize over splashing (smiling)
 
405.3.1 Water closets, urinals, lavatories and bidets. A
water closet, urinal, lavatory or bidet shall not be set
closer than 15 inches (381 mm) from its center to any side
wall, partition, vanity or other obstruction.
