Has anyone utilized NFPA 791 in their jurisdiction? I have not.

The document does not serve as a comprehensive standard for field evaluations, nor does it imply certification for evaluated equipment. It applies primarily to electrical equipment that hasn't been listed or labeled as a complete unit, requiring AHJ-determined evaluations. Only equipment directly undergoing this process is eligible to bear the FEB label and receive a statement of conformity.
