Has anyone utilized NFPA 791 in their jurisdiction? I have not.

If you are wondering what it is, they you did not use it. If you are curious as to what it is, here is some basic info.

NFPA 791 provides guidelines for evaluating unlabeled electrical equipment, focusing on procedures that align with national standards and authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements. It is intended to assist AHJs and third-party field evaluation bodies (FEBs) in assessing such equipment, ensuring consistent and reliable evaluations. The document does not serve as a comprehensive standard for field evaluations, nor does it imply certification for evaluated equipment. It applies primarily to electrical equipment that hasn't been listed or labeled as a complete unit, requiring AHJ-determined evaluations. Only equipment directly undergoing this process is eligible to bear the FEB label and receive a statement of conformity.
