Just saw this and I apologize for the delayed response. So far I have had to refund every person who ordered multiple items the difference for the discount after the 1st item. The IT people have since corrected that problem which we found was with Paypal and not on our end. They had to change the coding to sort of fake out Paypal. We think it works now but no one has ordered multiple items since then.
As far as the link that you are talking about, I am sending this thread to the IT people right now.

We are working out the kinks including the money we lost with shipping to California because we did not tell the post office clerk there were books in the envelope which tripled our rate. We now tell the clerk that we are shipping books since we found out there is a big difference in price. I figured when she saw Molly put the books in the envelope she would automatically know they were books. Guess not.
