Using the Panel Schedule to Verify the Load Calculation for a Dwelling Unit

Did you ever find a discrepancy between the panel schedule and load calculation? I have, which is why we like to see both. Look at the following example, and see if you can find any discrepancies between the panel schedule and the load calculation for this dwelling unit. Click on each thumbnail to enlarge.

I guess 164 vs. 64 is pretty big (from what I saw there)...But how often do you see a dwelling unit panel overloaded? It will be a lot more or 400A when the 2024 electrification crap comes out...
