Vacuum Cleaner Repair Use Group

What Use group would you assign a Vacuum Cleaner Repair Shop? I already have it classified B & M for the Office portions and Sales areas. All of the areas are greater than 10% of the floor area, so nothing would be an accessory area. I am thinking F-1, repair of appliances.

This is in a strip mall complex. The tenant space is roughly 3400 sf and the repair area is 950 sf.
