Vehicle Rental Occupancy Classification

Hello everyone

I am very new to this line of work. I have learned so much in the past year but I still am having some trouble on a few things. I was hoping for a little help on Occupancy Classification of a car rental occupancy such as enterprise. I thought about placing it under Business as a Motor Vehicle Show Room but I am slightly hesitent as it literally is a small office with a car wash stall and a 10 car parking lot with the rentals.

B,,, since it is mainly office,,, since most do not display inside a building

If they have a repair shop, that would add an occupancy

Yea its really just an office with a stall to wash cars. They send the cars to a larger location for repairs.

It would be a B occupancy.

As long as no cars are in the building it should be good to go as a "B"
