I think they will likely end up falling under 2012 section 422 ambulatory care centers when the 2012 Virginia building code regulations are finalized.

To keep out of the political fray, the DHCD was waiting for those final regs and a proposal from the Health department before incorporating it into the 2012 code adoption in progress now.
