Vision panel in a 2hr rated door

On a 2hr fire barrier, if you're using exception #3 under IBC 707.6 (to rate door same as wall in order to exceed 25% limit), what if any is the size limit for the door vision panel? It seems like since table 716.5 is allowing a 100 sq. in. panel in a 2hr wall when the opening is minimum 90min, that 100 sq. in is ok. Can a larger panel be used if it's tested/listed as a 2hr opening protective?
The exception was specific to 'fire-resistance rating', which leads me to 716.5.8.1.1 instead of 716.5.8.1.2, which indicates the glazing's got to be iaw the table... but the table doesn't give any increase in area when the door has a higher rating than the table indicated.

You will be unlikely to find a door that has passed ASTM E119 or UL 263. I am not saying that it is impossible, but manufacturers do not offer such products. There are glazing systems offered that pass ASTM E119 and UL 263, but there are no operable openings in those assemblies, or the operable components comply with UL 10C or NFPA 252 as opening protectives. The weak link in doors and operable windows are the seals around the perimeter of the door panel or window sash, as applicable to the opening type.
