Wallet cards.

I stopped by the ICC today to request one of the new wallet cards that list all of one's certs on one card. The first lady I dealt with told me that it would cost $15.00 per certification. I would have to pay a 90mph speeding ticket{with traffic school} for a wallet card and she was serious; not even a hint of laughter. I said no thanks, I'll continue shopping around and then another lady offered that since the official price list isn't out yet, I could have it for $15.00. My only question was, "How can you do it so cheap"?

Edit: You can't get traffic school over 80mph.
