Warranties On Commercial Doors

Greetings all !

I have a small project where we will be replacing some existing,
exterior type doors with One (1) hollow metal steel, double door
assembly, fully galvanized.

My question is regarding the Warranty on this Door Assembly.
I want to request a written Warranty from the manufacturer &
the Contractor who installs them........Is there such a thing as
a standard, minimum Warranty on new Door Assemblies ?
Also, what I should I request from the Contractor, ...90 days,
1 Year, 3 Year, other ?

I checked a few common commercial door manufacturers. It looks like 1 year is typical.
