Water Closet Grab Bars

Server is down so I'll put some thought to this... based on the language in that wonderful sign my guess is this is a very small A-3 use. Specialty and/or high-end food venue, again based on the signage language and not many uses can survive in such a small space.

FBC-plumbing 403.2 Exception 2 (also FBC-building 2902.2 Exception 2)- allows unisex restrooms if under 15 total occupants (including employees). 2 employees + 13 chairs. ~50SF for the RR, probably ~200SF for seating, the kitchen could be up to 200SF and storage could be up to 300SF. But realistically the kitchen and storage are probably closer to 300SF total, so I'll say this occupant is around 600SF total.

Or I'm completely wrong. Either way, server is back. Gotta go.

Coincidentally, this is in WPB......

More approriate signage: "Here looking at you kid!" when you hit the flush button!

I'm not familiar with that specific restroom but I am, unfortunately, familiar with that type of client; entrepreneurial, innovator, disruptor, blah, blah, blah. As soon as they start with the jargon I know I have to bump my fee to cover all the time I'm going to waste arguing with them over stupid stuff.

I figured that part out. I did a project in WPB about 3 yrs ago. The city permit offices are … opulent. The county permit office … reminded me of a double wide trailer.

The south county office was in a trailer for a while, IIRC. The main county building finishes are dated at this point but it's an otherwise fine building. Especially compared to some of its southern neighbors.
