What are the Rectangle boxes in each space?!

Only other guess is this is residential and those are pre fab restrooms.

Does look like some form of modular element that was placed prior to the exterior/curtain wall. I know of a new build in Mexico going on right now that looks similar in the preliminary renderings, where the entire exterior wall of each unit (residential condos) is a glass wall, but this looks larger than that (and way greener in the foreground). Will be there next week, so I will check it out!
