Yeah, it was upside-down, and we could not install it upside-down to make it work, and the generator company refused to delay the job and said to install it anyway. We added a lot of P-Taps and hundreds of pounds of copper wire to feed from the top to the bottom and bottom to the top. Hey @chris kennedy , I still have scars on my forearms from this one.
