Where in the 2018 IPC are elevator sump pump design requirements listed?

I would like to do some reading on how to design the plumbing associated with water for Firefighters' Emergency Operations in an elevator pit, but I cannot for the life of me find where this section is located in the 2018 IPC. Any direction is greatly appreciated.
