A crusty guy that used to post quite a bit.......believe he was an engineer. Didn't have much use for inspectors or building officials, or the process for that matter.

I kind of miss Brudgers, so probably I need to hire a therapist.

Once, I attempted to prod Brudgers back to the forum by posting a couteous civil response to no avail!
