Hard to tell what came first but I can tell you that it is probable that the steps came last. Gas company employees are not known to be the sharpest tack

I was laid off back in January of '09. I was hired on June 22, '09 as a housing rehab inspector. I may be able to give tigerloose a run for his money with the hilarious "homeowner improvement" pics. It is not as fun as being a municipal inspector, but it is a job.

Welcome home. :)

Fortunately, it's an easy fix. They can move the meter away from the door.

Come to think of it; the meter is in a good place to clean the mud off your boots when you enter the building.
