Which clause in OBC governs the distance between eavestroughs of two adjacent buildings

This is the definition of Limiting distance in Ontario Building Code

Limiting distance means the distance from an exposing building face to a property line, to the centre line of a street, lane
or public thoroughfare or to an imaginary line between two buildings or fire compartments on the same property,
measured at right angles to the exposing building face.

For scenarios with Limiting distance being at 1.2 m, the distance between eavestroughs of two adjacent buildings would be very close. Which clause in OBC governs the distance between eavestroughs of two adjacent buildings? If the distance requirement is not in building code, would it be in planning by-law?

There is nothing to my knowledge that would regulate them. There could be something in a local jurisdiction's zoning by-law.
