You can upload to a website then post a link just like we do for photos. We do not have the space to store everyone's files. I am on bare bones because I provide the website for free and it has all of the bells and whistles we need for now.
If I get a big permit coming in I may rethink hosting the photos and or PDF files. Until then you have to place them elsewhere and link to them.
