All that lumber in the crawl space encourages termites.

What about the notching of the floor joists for the drain pipes? Suggest that plumbers are often more distructive than termites.

Wow, just WOW. How do guys come up with these ideas. You'd have to out of your way to to know this little. I'd make em watch a You Tube video how to!

It is treated and the color comes out brown. The lumber is incised and presure treated.
