Wood framing in kiosk

Hi, this is a pretty basic question, but I just wanted to double check with y'all.

I'm finishing out a type v-b kiosk in a park in Texas and am planning on framing out the walls and ceiling fur-down in wood studs. The use of the kiosk is food sales and there's no cook line or hood in the plans.

There's nothing that prevents the wood framing is there?

Thanks.

If it is V-B, there should not be.

What is your code reference for this?

Type V-B buildings are built every day in every city that have open flame gas appliances.

Don't think there is a code reference and not probably not talking about pilot flame on appliance.
Take note that ADAguy said "you" Which means ADAguy envisions OP with a flaming device inside that wood framed kiosk. Remember OP does say it's food kiosk without cook line or hood AND after all, his handle is SHAM...uh, there's probably gonna be flaming devices in that kiosk.
