I have an electrical room with a 120V Network Cabinet on one side of the room on the opposite wall a 480V MCC Cabinet. Condition 3 for 120V is 3ft, and for 480V it's 4ft. Would the working distance be 4ft because one of the two pieces of gear is 480V, or less being that the other gear is 120V?

I will ask you to think about the question. What is your gut feeling?
