I have been asked to do some service work for the above org, at or close to free. I do some work at a reduced rate but not totally free. The problem with free work is that free work has no value to the recipient. And if there is a project that they are willing to pay for, they do not call the person who has been doing work at a reduced rate, they pay someone else the market rate.

This outfit has several properties around the world. Has anyone dealt with them on any basis? Contracting, inspections, or other relationship?

I could always take the Harley and do a road trip. I can write off the milage for the bike.
