Dear All,

If you are looking for specific information regarding a plot of land located in Down Town LA, which system would you use? ZIMAS or LA County Assesor's Map?

I ask you this because I found different information (basically the lot size is bigger in LA County Assesor's map) and I wish to justify my analysis.

Thanks,

Don't rely on either, Hire a licensed surveyor
