New Yorks version of baseless lawsuits

Hmmm, NY now has an Unrhu Act? If so, it is legal bounty hunting but I don't see where it establishes a minimum payout. Have you found a copy of it MH?
If this is true then NY joins the ranks of CA, FL as litigation centrals.

Whether he needs a wheelchair or not matters not. How can you tell by looking at him? He chooses to use a wheelchair and can’t access the businesses that he targets.

So we can all go out and buy wheelchairs and run around suing people? I've got an old walker my mother had. will that do?
