Where Electrical Inspectors Are Not Allowed and .....

.... have no say in the matter. You are looking inside of a POCO vault where 3 transformers supply a service to a nursing home. The wire you see was just placed in there by the electrical contractor and will be set up and terminated by the POCO crew. Only the other side of the wires will be visible for inspection.

This includes the electrician installed conduit that terminated inside the POCO vault that lacks terminal adapters. They are outside the inspector's jurisdiction.

Do any of you (inspectors) have special permissions for access to POCO vaults to verify the other side of terminations just like you would when you inspect a meter base for a service?
