Neutrals in Meters AFTER service disconnects

If you look at this 600A service, you will see that next to the POCO transformer, on the end of this little structure is a 600A service disconnect. From there the conductors from the service, now the load side go to a large trough which then get tapped down to the meters and disconnects below.

Here is the question. Where do you connect the neutral in the meter can?
