Condensate Disposal of Air Handlers

Here is an air handler hooked up to a water source in a condo. As you can see, the condensate line is installed. Do you see any mechanical code violations with this installation?

Is it dropping into a floor sink? If so there appears to be a potential for a cross connection, given the flex lines.
 
The unknown abyss should have been approved at the time the condo was built. When I was there and that was my trade the condensate was not allowed to terminate into the sanitary sewer.
French drains and dry wells where common termination places for condensate water
