ICC Building Valuation Data Table-Type IV

I wasn't sure where to post this. It is sort of related to Commercial, so here it is.

Question: In the 2021 IBC, with the three new Type IV construction types IV-A, B and C, why has the ICC Building Valuation Data Table not expanded with these new construction types? Surely the more fire resistance built in, costs more to build?

Not enough data to take a stand on it?
 
The BVD for me is useless based on my location. We are in the $235-$300 per square foot range for new construction on the beach and intracoastal, and that is for a single-family home. Some even exceed that. In PA it was useful, but, down here it is not.
 
Agree, I have not used it in awhile as they do not provide the modifiers anymore, but you can find cost modifiers at BNI Building News
