I have a flat, 2 bed, 2 bath, lounge and kitchen 80sqm in total. The current tenants have moved out and now I need to figure out if I should sell or rent, as is or repaint....

If I am to repaint, is there anyone that can give me a rough idea of how much its going to cost using an average quality paint? Its been over 10 years since I have painted and the price of materials has jumped since then.
