Rolled curb approach/breakover angle?

Ok, this is not directly a building code question, but looking for any expertise.
I have a client that wants to install an accessible EV charging space behind their office. CBC requires it to be van accessible. The accessible POT from the office will be out the back door. The vehicle arrives from a shared private alley which is a bit lower in elevation. The short version is, in order to make an accessible POT, the vehicle/s approach from the alley will have to be fairly steep. I see rolled curb details that are about 6” tall and 18” long. They may need even taller than that, and I am concerned about the breakover angle, where the undercarriage of the car bottoms out on the rolled curb.

I’ve been looking on Amazon at those portable service ramps you can buy to change your oil at home. But those only help me understand approach angle, not breakover. Does anyone have experience with a maximum height of rolled curb for vehicle access? Assume 6.5” ground clearance (Tesla model Y), and the owner will be savvy enough to Ollie up the curb at an angle. The EV space is 18’ deep and 17’ wide.

If you're good buddies with a civil engineer, you might have them create a simple down 'n dirty 3D model of the condition and run an AutoTURN simulation (or another swept path simulation) on it using a "standard" passenger car.

A typical rolled curb is not an issue with a car, but is with the wheelchair and some using Cains or walkers.
 
Not a problem right now but in the future a wheelchair accessible van might have problems with the rolled curb shown above. We have troubles sometimes the ones that are used today.
