I think you’ll find this existing condition. Interesting. They are going to be some changes in. This will be completely redone, so as it sits now, what are the violations that you see for this fire pump? In other words, if this were to be installed as it is now today, what NEC violations under 695 are present?
On the other side of the wall from a mag lock breaker is the electric company vault which feeds directly into the back of that mag lock breaker acting as a disconnect, which then feeds a standby generator ATS. From there, it goes into the second room, where the actual fire pump is located And feeds the fire pump controller. There are several issues at play here as this was a very poor design when this was replaced several years ago.
