Build out on the second floor of a commercial structure, Business occupancy, Dental office. Is an elevator required in Florida?

Health care is usually stricter, but maybe some gimmies <3000 sqft story

I think I totally missed the sq ft limitation. ITS 4,071 on the second floor.

What if it is less than 3,000 sf and a dental office?

Look at IBC 1103 or 1104 FBC to see what your code says…CT specifically gets rid of the gimmies for healthcare

It appears that Florida follows the ADA on this, with a general exception if the second floor is under 3,000 square feet, BUT that this exception doesn't apply if it's a health care provider. I would classify a dentist as a health care provider.
