    My opinion would be F1; the normal repairs, but if the repair was on a tanker section carrying hazardous material, then the classification would change to an H classification. The airplane hanger repair is going to deal with aviation fuel, changing its designation from F1 to S1

    IBC 201.3 Terms defined in other I codes It is in IBC, IPMC, IRC, and IEC. 2020 NEC even has it in definitions. Clarity does need to happen. I believe I may make a proposal for the term cohesion by looking at the previous ROP for the definitions.
