The secret to the rapid construction is prefabrication. Around 95 percent of the building will have been put together in modular form before work commences on site.

Based on the plan in the link, each story is over 100,000 square feet with about 48 apartments.At 2 floors per day = 1 apartment every 15 minutes, not including the "space blocks" in the center of the tower; over 4,000 square feet per hour!

The link has concept rendering photos in 2010..construction sched. Nov. 2012 - Jan 2013, must still be in permit review...haha....nope. Maybe structural engineer had a breakdown...nope...maybe architect feigning breakdown. In February 2013, architect will be fired.

will be fun to watch. if it is actually finished in 90 day, I also see a new horror movie genre Jan 2013.
