Besides Louisiana, are there any other jurisdictions out there that are adopting the 2009 IBC but keeping the Table 503 from the 2006 IBC?

messing with 503 is dumb stupid and done by people with way too much time on thier hands.
its like all of a sudden adding four cards to a deck of 52 by tossing in 4 11 value cards.
