I am not surprised to see this change but was wondering how it came about. Service sinks are no longer required in Mercantile or Business occupancies with 15 or fewer occupants

Driven by a few factors:
Many small offices have a clean service and office building have a central janitors closet. Between that and the increase in carpet and fake wood floor wet mop is a thing of the past.
The OC load sets the threshold.
