2021 IBC: masonry cavity wall air space requirement

I am having trouble finding the minimum air space for masonry cavity walls in the IBC, can someone point me in the right direction?

The 1-inch air space requirement is in TMS 402, Section 12.2, referenced by IBC Section 1404.6.
