Great video. Great information and I hope people watch it. My thoughts? One of the best pieces of advice he gave is that sometimes, the best thing to do is nothing. If you're going to do something, do it right. If you're too cheap (or, I hate to say, poor) to spend the money to do it right, then don't do it at all.
